Learn how to make Nutritious and Tasty 'मूगडाळीचा ढोकळा - Moong Dal Dhokla' with our chef Sonali Raut.<br /><br />आज स्मिता देव यांच्यासोबत शिका पौष्टिक आणि मऊ मूगडाळीचा ढोकळा बनवण्याची सोपी पद्धत.<br /><br />Moong Dal Dhokla is a Delicious and Nutritious Breakfast Recipe, which is loved by kids as well as adults. It is typically a Gujarati cuisine which is super soft and goes well with Green shengdana chutney and tomato sauce.<br /><br />Ingredients for Dhoklas:<br />(Serves 4)<br />- 1 cup Split Green Gram(soaked in water)<br />- 1 inch Ginger<br />- 2 Green Chillies<br />- 1 Lemon Juice<br />- 1 tsp Sugar<br />- 1/2 tsp Salt <br />- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder<br />- 1/2 cup Water<br />- Oil<br />- 1 tbsp Eno<br /><br />Ingredients for Tempering:<br />- 2 tsp Oil<br />- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds<br />- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds<br />- 7-8 Curry Leaves <br />- 1 Green Chilli(chopped)<br />- 1/4 cup Water<br />- 1 tbsp Sugar<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take split green gram and add it in the grinding bowl, along with ginger, green chillies, lemon juice, sugar, salt, turmeric powder, water<br />2. Grind all of this together and take it out in a large bowl <br />3. Take a cake tin and grease it with some oil, on all the sides <br />4. Now, add unflavoured Eno to the batter; mix it and add the batter to the cake tin <br />5. Flatten it on the top and on medium heat, steam it for around 12-15 minutes <br />6. After the batter is properly steamed, keep it aside for around 10 minutes to cool down<br />7. Once the dhoklas are cooled down, take it out on a plate <br />8. Now, cut these dhoklas; and for tempering, heat oil in a pan <br />9. Now, in this hot oil add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies, water, sugar<br />10. Let it boil for around 2 minutes, and after that, pour this tempering over the dhoklas
